Shipping & In Store Pick Up Policy

All items are in stores and ready to ship unless noted as a PREORDER item in the product title. Once an order is placed, it may take us up to 48 hours to ship your package. If you need expedited shipping, please email us TheDressingRoomFrankfort@gmail.com and we will accomodate if possible. Free shipping is offered on all orders $75+ or a $7 flat rate fee will be applied at checkout. You may also select In store pick up at checkout for either Frankfort or Orland Park, Illinois location. Shipping charges are non-refundable.You will be notified via email once your order ships. Please be sure to check your trash/spam folder as well. Tracking will be provided. Orders ship vis USPS or UPS. Customer is resposible for all return shipping costs.
